Understanding the VA’s Timeline on Presumptive Herbicide Exposure
Use our herbicide exposure timeline to understand whether your condition should be presumptive due to agent orange exposure based on date the VA acknowledged the condition or location. If you believe your disability should be presumptive to agent orange exposure, you may need to refile, reopen, or appeal a past decision.
We highlight specific conditions and locations that were added by the PACT act below as well.
